I'm Samantha, Virtual Assistant at Oceania VA.
I love lists, organising and co-ordinating tasks, and get a real buzz from taking a concept or idea and writing it up into irresistible articles that are free from jargon, on brand and on point.
I adore variety and projects! Every task I take on, big or small, I see as a project for me to step-out, manage the process and achieve some awesome outcomes for my clients and their clients. That’s how I like to work and that’s where I have found success.
Here's a little more about ME! I am:
Resourceful: if I don’t know the answer to something or how to use a particular software, I will find out. I’ll research, I’ll clarify, I’ll ask, I’ll use my networks. If I say I will do something I am 100% committed.
Adaptable: change is the greatest constant in the world. I have gone through that many changes in my life it is ridiculous (I have lived in almost as many houses as the years I have been alive!). Does change scare me? Yes! But I love it.
Meticulous: I’m thorough and have an eye for detail. Mistakes happen, of course. But I can (usually) spot errors a mile off and know it devalues so much of the message and brand.
Considered: I listen before I speak, I way up the pros and cons (bona fide Libran!) and can’t stand BS.
Genuine: similar to the above point and I know genuine is a bit of a buzzword at the moment but in all honesty, I AM! My current clients, and past employers have all said to me they like me because I say it how it is but in a non-threatening, non-abrupt way.
With experience in communication, administration, corporate events, conferences and writing, I can take care of all the tasks that hold your business together, the glue to keep it functioning and the words to get your voice out there, giving you time back to grow your business and focus on what’s important to you.
